It starts with us listening to you. Let's set aside an initial call over 30 minutes to identify what your goals are and how In A Row might help. 

We set aside a second meeting, over the phone, in person or via zoom. You do the talking, we do the listening. We will ask questions along the way. At this stage, you don't need to write a single brief. Just talk about your goals and challenges.

While you do the talking, we do the listening. We then reverse what we heard into a brief that we email to you first so you have time to digest it and then we take you through it. We then hear your feedback and take the time to adjust the brief. If that means a we need a second or third call, we invest that time upfront. The crucial outcome is that you are clear on the brief to us and that we are clear on the expectations.

After we have agreed to the brief, an investment and project timeline will be delivered to you. Typically, In A Row works in one of two ways with our clients. 1. We offer our services as a retainer/per month where the agreed brief is delivered over an estimated timeframe. 2. Alternatively, we advise you of the investment for the project and payable as 30% upfront, 40% at the halfway point and 30% on completion.

It is just as important to us that we can work with you. The first consultation and right up to the brief stage, it is a great opportunity to evaluate each other. We also offer reference checks with our existing partners and clients!

You will be assigned an account manager as your consistent point of contact. In A Row's point of difference is that we act as an extension of your team, so that person should feel part of the team. In the background and where needed, specialists are brought in for example, a designer, social media expert or an SEO specialist to deliver against your objectives.
